The days leading up to a long weekend always seem to drag. But alas the weekend has come! And fortunate for all of us, it's one of the year's best for fun things to do around Hamilton and Burlington.

TiCats Labour Day Classic

The most talked about and anticipated TiCats game of the year! A big win over the Argos two weeks ago has the community buzzing over the chance to make the boys in blue -- black and blue again! PS. Perhaps one of the best TiCat videos around...

Burlington's Rib Fest

This year expect more of the same great ribs, good music, and entertainment for the kids. What is Rib Fest, who runs it -- and why? Find those answers in the video (admittedly a little slow, but informative). Also, enjoy a free shuttle service this year! More info

Mustard Festival

If you're skipping the rib sauce in Burlington, consider a trip to Hamilton's Downtown exploring the fabulous world of mustard. It is sure to make what remains the rest of barbecue season memorable for you, and your taste buds. Entertainment includes a variety of live bands etc. More info
